Policy
I am passionate about policy efforts that leverage science and technology to cooperatively build global peace and security. I periodically publish in policy outlets and speak about technical cooperation on think tank panels and through “tracked diplomacy” engagements. To help “bridge the gap” between policy and academia, I serve as a non-resident fellow with Sandia National Laboratories CMC (Albuquerque, New Mexico) and with the Nepal Institute for International Cooperation and Engagement (Kathmandu, Nepal).
